Safety and Responsible Use

Atlas Oil provides digital tools to enhance your fueling experience. However, physical safety remains the priority.

  • Mobile Use at Stations: When at an Atlas Oil petrol station, you must only use the mobile app while inside your stationary vehicle or inside the convenience store. Never use a mobile device while actively dispensing fuel.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our refinery control systems, logistics data, or user accounts.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Atlas Oil and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to:

  • The Atlas Oil logo and branding.
  • Technical graphics regarding "Upstream" and "Midstream" operations.
  • Proprietary software code for our mobile payment systems.

Limited License: You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, sell, or duplicate Atlas Oil content without express written consent.

Digital Services & Mobile Payments

  • Account Security: If you create an "Atlas Rewards" account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Payment Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the pump number selected in the app matches your physical location before initiating a "Pay at Pump" transaction.
  • Service Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, Atlas Oil does not guarantee that our digital platforms will always be available or error-free.

  • General Information: The content on this website (including fuel prices and exploration data) is for general information only. It does not constitute technical or investment advice.
